STUDENT CLUBS
About College
Over a span of eight years, the University has seen the Student Clubs playing a pivotal role in the development of its students. Since these clubs are managed by the students, the level of commitment and sense of responsibility is quite high amongst its stakeholders thus ensuring their all round development. The prominent clubs of the University are:
Entrepreneurship Club
The club promotes a culture of ideas, innovation and entrepreneurial intentions among the students. Run by the students of management and engineering, the club invites renowned entrepreneurs to the University and organizes their talk and interaction with the students.
Wall Magazine Club
These clubs are quite popular across all the Colleges of the University as the students manage the write-ups, articles, issues on like ecology and environment, human rights etc. to sensitize their fellow students every month. A huge wall or notice board is dedicated for this purpose in all the Colleges.
Green Club
As a student at Teerthanker Mahaveer University, one automatically becomes a responsible member of the Green Club which promotes to be abstemious in the usage of light and water across the campus.
Water Footprint Club
This club promotes saving of water by calculating the usage and wastage of water done by the students. It conducts workshops in collaboration with ‘Ramganga for Life, Life for Ramganga’ Campaign (WWF-India).
Sports Club
The sports club bears the onus of selecting best of the sports persons for various sports under the guidance of their College Sports Coordinator.
Cultural Club
The cultural club involves students from all the Colleges of the University and solicits their participation in various cultural events like Rock-On, National Days etc.
Marketing Club
Being managed by the students of College of Management, this club organizes various activities like case study competition, annual marketing fair etc. in which the students participate and implement what they have learnt in classroom sessions.
Human Resource Club
Management students organize activities like role play competition, case study competition and talk on various HR issues.
Naukri Club
The club disseminates information about the job options available around via a notice board dedicated for this purpose.
